Dior Fahrenheit EDT is truly one of a kind. To me, it smells like a man who wears a fragrance and then spends a day working in a dirt bike garage, mixing the scent with the rubber, the oil, and especially the gasoline smell. I kinda like it, it’s a masculine fragrance. However, it is definitely not for everyone and it really has to suit you. Fahrenheit by Dior is a timeless icon! Discussion. Most fragrances released in the 80s smell classic/mature/old whatever you want to call it. But Fahrenheit still smells so modern, so unique and cool! Imagine Fahrenheit in a Le labo bottle. .
If you’re intrigued by the gasoline and the overall smell of the EDT and you also like very warm/sexy/spicy/sweet scents I would say the Parfum is a blind buy. It’s one of my favorite colognes I’ve smelled so far.Smells like OG Fahrenheit with added vanilla and a bit of sweetness. Still has tons of violet leaf and that slightly metallic, petrol-esque smell. A more dense smell than the OG, but if you like the OG you’ll like this.To some it smells like cucumber, and I can see that. But it stands out as gasoline to me, and I love that honestly. The lavender provides its signature aromatic touch to help balance out the bite of the violet leaf. I remember the first time I smelled the fragrance I was astonished. It was the beginning of the 90s. And back then there was nothing like Fahrenheit by Dior! The fantastic top notes of violets, cucumber, mandarin were never smelled before. This accord is so original, even by nowadays standards.
