This seems like an appropriate place to share photos of a particularly fine Rolex with an Aegler Rebberg movement. (You can count the jewels even if you are missing a few fingers). The 2004 fusion was nonetheless highly strategic for Rolex, putting an end to over a century of the deep yet uncommon relationship with its production facility established in 1878 in Bienne by Jean Aegler.
