The Hermes Homie trophy is glitched. Went to all the regions, removed all the fog of war on both land and ocean, found all sync points and the trophy still isn't popping up. It's glitched for sure. Hermes Homie not unlocking. I've spend the last gameplay hours to finish every point of interest and reveal every part of the map. Currently sitting at 100% regions discovered, got even the achievment on uPlay, but the Steam one don't unlock. Edit: the one on uPlay isn't unlocked as well.
